What type of person are you a particularly good fit for?
I’m a good fit for people who are reflective, curious, and ready to understand themselves more deeply, even if they feel stuck or overwhelmed. I frequently work with LGBTQIA+ individuals and others who haven’t always felt fully understood or affirmed in traditional therapeutic spaces.
What kinds of struggles or life moments do you feel most at home helping people with?
I feel most at home helping people navigate anxiety, depression, substance use, identity exploration, and relationship challenges, especially during periods of transition or loss. I often work with clients who are noticing repeated emotional or relational patterns and want to understand where they come from.
When someone first sits down with you, what do you want them to feel?
I want clients to feel safe, respected, and genuinely met where they are. My goal is for the space to feel grounded, non-judgmental, and collaborative from the very first session.
