What type of person are you a particularly good fit for?
- I fit best with LGBTQIA+ people, couples (both monogamous & polyamorous), those who have experienced trauma, and neurodivergent humans. I also mesh well with people who are collaborative, self-reflective, and motivated to make a difference in their own lives; people who are curious about themselves and value honest but compassionate direction; people who welcome creativity as a powerful transformative tool in our self-exploration; and people who want to understand their own story and figure out where it goes from here.

What kinds of struggles or life moments do you feel most at home helping people with?
- I feel most at home navigating trauma, identity issues, systemic and societal impacts on mental health, relationships of all kinds, and much more. I pull from narrative therapy, trauma-focused CBT, and RCT approaches. Existential, queer, and feminist lenses shape how I see the world and inform my work with clients.

When someone first sits down with you, what do you want them to feel?
- My focus is on creating a space where someone feels consistently supported, witnessed, and invested in. My hope is that people who choose to work with me feel no judgment, and can open up and be who they authentically are, so we can have a healthy foundation for the work that lies ahead.
