Guss Keyes LPC

He/Him

What type of person are you a particularly good fit for?

Someone who’s navigating trauma, identity, anxiety, or the in between experiences that don’t always have a clear label and wants a therapist who is affirming, flexible, and thoughtful rather than rigid or prescriptive.

What kinds of struggles or life moments do you feel most at home helping people with?

Moments shaped by trauma, questions of identity, persistent anxiety, and the harder to name internal experiences where curiosity, meaning making, and evidence based approaches like Existential Therapy, EMDR and DBT can work together.

When someone first sits down with you, what do you want them to feel?

Affirmed, centered, and met where they are with the sense that this is a space that can adapt to them rather than asking them to adapt to it.
