What type of person are you a particularly good fit for?

I’d say I’m a pretty good fit for those who haven’t always necessarily “fit in”. I have many sides, but all of them are a little quirky and very authentic. I am a safe place for those who feel unheard, as I love helping with that. I’d say I am a very good fit for those who are trying to find themselves, to help navigate them into the people they want to become.

What kinds of struggles or life moments do you feel most at home helping people with?

Advocacy, I love to help people learn how to speak up for themselves.

Communication, from a systemic perspective, it is easy for me to see the rifts in communication between couples.

Coparenting, which is close to my heart, and I am very passionate about.

Grounding, which I feel is one of the best techniques (or starting places) for anxiety, in all of its forms.

When someone first sits down with you, what do you want them to feel?

Safe. Seen. Heard. Important. I want them to feel as though they can show up as their most genuine self, whatever that looks like, and give me the honor and privilege of helping them become what they would like to be, or help them through what they would like to get to the other side of.
